*Deliveries - Please be sure to find out if your location can accept Freight Deliveries. An 18-wheeler (Tractor Trailer) will be used to deliver you package. If your address does not allow freight trucks, special arrangements will need to be made to avoid Extra Shipping Charges.

*Appointment - Be aware that UPS may call to schedule a delivery appointment closer to your delivery date. The UPS appointment clerk phone number may show up as an unrecognized number.

*Unload Procedure - Someone will need to sign for the delivery. Our clients without a loading dock or forklift will generally cut the straps that hold the panels to the pallet and unload manually to avoid any additional fees associated with a liftgate. Usage of the liftgate is possible starting with an additional $165 fee.

*Damage - If at the time of delivery you notice obvious damage to your package, DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt until the driver notates the DAMAGE of the box on the paper. We advise you to do a quick check of the box, if you notice any suspicious looking dents, quickly open the box to see if there is any CONCEALED DAMAGE. Again, if you find damage DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt until the driver notates the CONCEALED DAMAGE.
